PTI Airport provides Wheelchair Assistance for air travelers who need special assistance, have individual needs or occasions.
Passengers should contact their airline and request for assistance, or visit the information center/desk at PTI terminal building and get help from customer service assistants.
Foreign Currency / ATM / Banking
ATMs are located in the center of the Arrivals Level.
At Piedmont Airport, there is no currency exchange available in the terminal. However, some local banks can accommodate account holders.
Lost & Found Service
- If you lost an item onboard in your airplane, you should contact the airline's lost & found department.
- If you lost an item at PTI Airport, preciously at the TSA checkpoint, you should call 3336-931-9607.
- If you lost an item at any area inside the passenger terminal, you should contact at 336-665-5655.
Piedmont Triad Airport provides conference rooms on the passenger terminal’s arrival level, next to the baggage claim. Two rooms are currently available to rent: The Greensboro Room and the Winston-Salem Room. Both spaces are ideal and convenient for meetings, workshops, or business conferences.
The Greensboro room can accommodate around 20-25 people, a TV, projector, and a screen; While the Winston-Salem room accommodates 10-12 people and does not include a TV, screen, or projector.
The conference rooms cost $50 for maximum 4-hours; However, over 4-hours, customers should pay $100.
The following equipment is available:
- Dry erase board
- Flip charts
- Wi-Fi (in some rooms)
However, Phone service is not available. Customers must call and book the room for more information and reservation, call at 336-665-5600.
