Screening Assistance

TSA Cares is a helpline managed via TSA agents. The service offers additional assistance for travelers with medical conditions, disabilities, special needs, and circumstances.

Passengers with any of these needs must request assistance, approximately 72 hours before traveling. Passenger should report what kind of assistance he/she needs and should be aware of the screening procedures to be ready at the security checkpoint.

Passenger Support Specialists are ready to provide on-the-spot assistance during security screening procedures at PTI.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection

CBP aims to monitor and check all arriving passengers at PTI airport. CBP agents check the identification documents, such as passport, visa, permit cards, immigration documents, state-issued ID cards, etc.

After passport control, visitors nd arriving passengers are allowed to cross the U.S. border and enter the States.

Baggage Claim

The Baggage Claim area and its carousels are located in the Arrivals Level. The baggage claim level houses an information desk and rental car counters. Besides, there is a SmarteCarte Service and Skycap assistance available.
